Personal Branding Session || Fort Collins, Colorado
Photographing a personal branding session is probably one of my favorite things to photograph outside of weddings and families. I love working with other local women-owned businesses and getting to highlight their personalities during our time together. This one was special - near and dear to my heart because it was a portrait session with the doulas we hired for our first kiddo's birth! I couldn't even begin to think about knowing how to express my love for these ladies. Jennifer was our birthing teacher when we took a class through my OBGYN's office, and she is so knowledgable, and so easy-going, and so calming, that when we found out she was also a doula we knew we wanted her to be with us during our birth. Katie is her business partner, and they work in tandem, meeting with parents, attending births, giving breastfeeding support, and all things birth-related. They are two amazingly strong and hilarious women, offering so much love and guidance during one of the most intense times in people's lives. They are open and honest, and allow each person or couple to be as prepared as possible for all the choices around birth, and for all the different turns it can take. They have a very positive approach to life, and their clients, and they are just two fabulous women. I was honored to get to do a small headshot session with them around Fort Collins, and look forward to their continued friendship!
